Ashen Equestrian Centre
Ashen Equestrian Centre is unique.
In idyllic Constable Country, at the junction of Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, with easy access from the M25 and M11, it is ideally situated.

Base for Becky Chapman, Senior RWYM Biomechanics Coach, ABRSTC, BHSIntT, having run "conventional" yards and taught freelance Becky felt lessons alone are rarely sufficeint to help riders make lasting changes to their riding and thier horse's way of going and was inspried to build a centre with the facilities and people to provide them with the necessary support.

Ashen E.C. has the facilities to cater for everyone from experienced competition riders looking to hone their skills, through to those who simply reached a plateau and are looking for the inspiration and help to move on.
Experts are on hand to offer; bio-mechanics coaching, video feedback, N.L.P sports psycology, E.F.T, (Emotional Freedom Technique) hypnotherapy and more recently has become home to the RS-3/0 Riding Simulator!

Ashen E. C. hosts regular 4 Day RWYM Courses with private ridden sessions in the morning and group dismounted workshops with video feedback in the afternoons and Weekend Clinics, (both ridden and dismounted) with topics including; "Lateral Work", "Transitions", "Polework and Jumping" and "Body Awareness", the aim to improve participants "feel" and develop their "eye".
Other facilities include a classroom, used for dismounted sessions, which is clean, well equiped and comfortable to stay in with a toilet, shower, kitchenette, T.V, video and whiteboards.
The classroom overlooks our impressive 20 x 60 Hydro-gel arena with a full set of show jumps, a judges box and decking for observing lessons.
